30-Day Returns
At ShopBrands, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer 30-day returns on eligible items under the conditions outlined below.


Return Eligibility

NEW (Factory-Sealed) Electronics

    • No returns or refunds are accepted once the product has been opened by the customer.
    • If the item is defective, please contact the manufacturer for warranty support.
    • ShopBrands does not provide warranty services directly.

Open Box & Refurbished Items

    • Open Box and Refurbished items cannot be returned or refunded.
    • These items are fully tested before shipping and may have minor cosmetic imperfections or missing small accessories, which is reflected in the product description.

Items Eligible for Return (Non-Electronics)

    • Eligible items must be returned within 30 days in the same condition as delivered and in their original packaging.
    • All returns will be inspected before a refund is issued.

Non-Returnable Personal Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

    • Cosmetics
    • Personal health items
    • Any other personal-use products listed as "non-returnable" on the product page

Understanding Product Conditions

NEW

Brand-new, factory-sealed items in perfect working condition. The outer packaging may have minor cosmetic wear from storage or handling.
Sealed electronics cannot be returned once opened.

NEW OPEN BOX

Like-new items with opened packaging. All accessories included unless otherwise stated.
Packaging may show wear (dents, tears, stickers).
Open box items cannot be returned.

REFURBISHED

Professionally inspected and restored items. May show minor cosmetic wear.
May include original or equivalent accessories and repackaged boxes.
Refurbished items cannot be returned.


Damaged or Defective Products

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  • If possible, refuse delivery and notify us immediately.

If damage is noticed after delivery:

  • Email us within 24 hours at contact@shopbrands.ca
  • Include:
    • Photos of the damaged item
    • Photos of the packaging
    • Your order number
    • A brief description of the issue

If the product is confirmed damaged or defective upon arrival:

    • ShopBrands will cover return shipping costs and issue a return label for shipping
    • A replacement will be shipped at no extra charge (if in stock)
    • Returned items must use the original packaging

Warranty Information

Some products may include manufacturer warranties. Warranty coverage varies by brand.
For warranty claims, please contact the manufacturer directly.
