30 Days Returns

At shopbrands.ca, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we offer 30-day returns

Return Policy Details

  • Return Period: You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Item Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Some items are non-refundable, including opened or used products, and any gifts that has been provided with the product.
  • Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. We recommend using a reliable, trackable service for safe and timely delivery.

How to Return an Item

  1. Please Send an Email to contact@shopbrands.ca titled with Return + Your Order Number. Please specify the reason of your return.
  2. Our customer service team will reply to you in 24 hours. We will verify with you your pickup location and pickup time.
  3. Once we get your confirmation, we will send you a shipping label. Please carefully package our product in original condition.
  4. Once the package got returned to our warehouse in Canada, we will check the condition of the product and restock the item. 
  5. Once all the above steps completes, we will start the refund process.
  6. You will receive your refund in your purchasing card within 10 business days.

Exchange Policy

The customer bears the exchange cost for the replacement of our product. 

  1. You have 30 calendar days to exchange an item from the date you received it.
  2. Please send an Email to contact@shopbrands.ca titled with Exchange + Your Order Number. Please specify the reason of your exchange.
  3. Our customer service team will reply to you in 24 hours. We will verify with you your return pickup location, pickup time and the exchange item you want. 
  4. Once we get your confirmation, we will send you a shipping label. Please carefully package our product in original condition and put the label on package.
  5. Once the package got returned to our warehouse in Canada, we will check the condition of the product and restock the item. 
  6. Once all the above steps completes, we will ship out the replacement package.

Damaged Product Policy

If your parcel arrives damaged, please refuse delivery (if possible) and contact us immediately. If the damage is noticed after delivery, please email us within 24 hours at contact@shopbrands.ca with photos of the damaged item and packaging for assistance.

Please provide Photos of the damaged product and packaging, your order number, and a brief description of the issue. If the product arrives damaged or defective, ShopBrands  will cover the return shipping cost. A replacement product will be shipped to you at no additional shipping charge.

Note: ShopBrands sources products only from verified distributors and trusted suppliers. All products sold on our site are genuine and authentic. Manufacturer warranties may vary depending on the brand or item - please contact us for specific warranty details.
