1. What products does ShopBrands offer?

ShopBrands provides a curated selection of electronics, men's and women's apparel, and home goods, emphasizing quality and style for various occasions.

2. What do "NEW", "NEW OPEN BOX" and "REFURBISHED" mean?

We sell items in three main conditions, each carefully explained:

  • NEW = Brand new, factory-sealed items that have never been opened or used. These products come in their original packaging with all original accessories and manuals (if applicable). Note: The outer box or packaging may have minor cosmetic damage from handling or storage, but the product inside is untouched and in perfect condition.
  • NEW OPEN BOX = Items that are in like-new condition but have had their original packaging opened. All original accessories are included unless otherwise noted. Note: The outer box or packaging may show signs of wear, such as dents, tears, or stickers.
  • REFURBISHED = Pre-owned items that have been professionally inspected, tested, and restored to full working condition. These products may show light cosmetic wear (such as minor scratches or scuffs), but function like new. Accessories may be original or equivalent, and packaging may be new or repackaged. Note: Outer packaging may have cosmetic damage, but this does not affect the performance or condition of the product.

3. How can I place an order?

4. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept major credit cards, including American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, Union Pay, and Visa.

5. How can I track my order?

We ship all orders via UPS. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. Tracking usually becomes active within 24 hours. You can track your Order Here.

6. What is the shipping policy?

7. What is the return and exchange policy?
