If you wish to cancel your order, you must submit a cancellation request within 24 hours of placing your order.
To request a cancellation, please email us with the subject line: “Cancel My Order” and include your Order Number in the message.
If received within the 24-hour window, we will process your request and issue a full refund.

After 24 hours, your order enters the processing and fulfillment stage, and cancellation will no longer be possible. At this point, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.

If you need to update your shipping address, we can make corrections as long as your order has not been shipped.
